Stage 1: Initial Discussion 

Contact our experts, we will listen patiently about your story, design idea, style, purpose, budget...etc.  You can provide us the photos of the style on your own, or choose from our album.  We promise to assist you in creating an one-and-only jewelry.  

Stage 2: Quotation 

After confirming the style, we will source the materials and prepare the quotation for you

Stage 3: Initialized Design Drawing 

After confirming the quotation, we will charge a design fee of HK$1,000 (the design fee is refundable when the order is completed).  Our design team starts to draw a draft for your comment.  If the draft passes, a 2D image of the design will be sent to you for final confirmation.

Stage 4: Finalized Design Drawing 

After confirming the first draft, a 3D perspective model will be created for your comment.  The details of the design such as the structure, diamonds setting and use of metals will be shown in the 3D model.  The customer can make some minor changes on the design at this moment.   When the design is confirmed by the customer, a non-refundable 70% deposit will be charged and start the production.

Stage 5: Expected Completion Date 

The completion date of the production depends on the complexity of the style, usually 20-30 working days under normal circumstances.  The customer pays the remaining 30% when the jewelry is completed (the $1,000 design fee is deducted at this time).

Stage 6: Completion and Packaging 

Customers will receive a collection message when the product is completed.   Every item from Anima Animus is packed in a specially designed gift box and wrapped carefully.  The fine package will make anyone love to receive.
