Duties and taxes
- When shipping items to all parts of the world, the customer’s items will be subject to local customs regulations, taxes and duties. If you ship to Canada, the European Union, China, Australia or the United Arab Emirates (Dubai only), customs or taxes will be added to the shopping cart during the checkout process. For all other orders, Anima Animus will not add taxes and duties into the shopping cart in advance. The customer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties to the customs or the shipping company upon receipt of the goods.
Order tracking
- You can track the status of your order when you purchase products at Anima Animus. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the courier selected. Simply click the link, input your tracking number, and follow the status of your order.
Gift packaging
- Every product from Anima Animus is packed in a gift box and wrapped carefully. To ensure your gift arrives safely and perfectly, we also use several layers of bubble paper to protect every piece of jewelry.
